Hooked For Life purchases are not eligible for preference-based returns. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please email hookdforlife@outlook.com within 3 days of receiving your order and our team will process a replacement. To move things along even faster, please include pictures of the damage or defect, the order number and the product name. All orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
International Returns:
International returns are subject to different terms than U.S. returns. Currently, we are unable to process international returns for online purchases. Canada Post Update
Residents. During this time, Hookdforlife.com will be relying on other carriers.
Orders destined for P.O. boxes, some remote locations, and Airstage locations cannot be delivered and may be cancelled.
If you live in an area only serviced by Canada Post, follow the steps below to ensure minimal disruptions to your deliveries:
*If you typically ship to P.O. Box, be sure to update your shipping address to a CIVIC address (i.e. a home or business or a friend/family member's home).
* Double-check your shipping address in checkout, to ensure you've updated properly.
SHIPPING TIMES
Each new order will be shipped in the timeliest manner possible. Once your order leaves our fulfillment centre it should arrive in 10 business days Canadian Residents.

Most Hooked For Life orders are U.S orders via FedEx or USPS depending on the size and weight of the order and which items are ordered. *Please note: We ship Monday - Friday, and do not count weekends or U.S. holidays as business days.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are effective as of May, 2024 and are subject to change.
**Most items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii require additional processing time. Some oversized or heavy items cannot ship outside the contiguous U.S. Please contact the customer service team at hookdforlife@outlook.com if you live in Alaska or Hawaii and have any further questions about shipping.
Express Shipping
As of right now, Express Shipping is not available for Hooked For Life, Shop products. This could change in the future, sorry for the inconvenience!
